As the director of project management for BPI, I have deployed thousands of NEP RSD’s. We prefer NEP due to their flexibility on custom lead lengths and their software that reduces crosstalk. Not having to run string wires in separate conduits saves a lot of time and material compared to other RSD providers. Their tech support is fast and they have been very supportive with AHJ’s and Utilities.

They are easy to install with custom lead lengths, However, I would like to see some improvement on mounting. I would love it if we could mount them on top of the rail instead of vertical. (It would make the install look a lot cleaner)
